Horizon-Homes provide services and support to those with both, physical and mental disabilities. We provide 24-hour care, through our 4-person residential program. They will have a home to call their own, and an opportunity to experience independent living and community integration. Understanding what it feels like to be a productive person in society, by fulfilling their hopes and dreams. Health and safety, together with dignity and self-respect, is our number one priority for them.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Darwin, and I have had over 10 years' experience working with adults and children with disabilities. I was a Program Manager of 3 homes; serving 12 young men build a life of their own. It has been a dream of mine, to open a few houses on my own, for individuals with the potential to live on their own, live on their own successfully with support. I am excited about this next chapter, and look forward to serving you and yours.
